The scriptures teach servant leadership with respect for God's order of authority. Developing Ministry Leaders helps church leaders establish godly order in the church and in their lives accordingly. Scriptural order brings forth the Lord's endorsement, resulting in a greater anointing and blessing on the House of God. In order for the Church to be the last day's army the Lord intended it to be, we must develop servant leaders and order our churches according to this biblical pattern.
